- Measure marketing performance and optimize ad campaigns;
- Fulfill or enforce our agreements, including quality assurance and returns policies with Partners.
3) How We Share Information
- With Partners: If you ask us to connect you (or submit a form), we may share your inquiry details with participating attorneys and benefits providers to evaluate your options.
- With service providers: Hosting, analytics, ad tech, call/SMS platforms, consent management, security, and customer support vendors.
- For legal reasons: To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud.
- Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

To opt out of activities that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information under applicable law, submit a request here by email. We also honor browser‑based opt‑out signals (where required) and will treat them as requests to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser.
