These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, forms, and services operated by Crash Benefit Network (“CBN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site.
1. About Crash Benefit Network
CBN is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a consumer referral and information service that connects users with participating attorneys and third‑party service providers (collectively, “Partners”). Your communications with CBN do not create an attorney‑client relationship. Any legal services are provided solely by independent attorneys with whom you may choose to engage.
2. Eligibility; Your Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our site.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as needed.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information used to access our site and for all activities under your access.
3. No Guarantees; Educational Content Only
Content on our site is for general, informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current legal developments. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, potential compensation, or eligibility for benefits. Results vary by facts and by state.
4. Partner Relationships
- We may present one or more Partner options based on your inputs (e.g., location, case type). We do not endorse or guarantee any Partner.
- We may be compensated by Partners for referrals or qualified leads. Compensation does not influence your cost for legal services.
- Any engagement is solely between you and the Partner. Review any Partner’s terms before proceeding.
5. Consent to Be Contacted; TCPA & SMS
By submitting a form or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree that CBN and its Partners may contact you at the email address and telephone number you provide, including via autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, about your case options. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or following any provided opt‑out instructions. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or service.
6. Call Recording & Quality Assurance
For quality assurance and training, calls may be monitored and/or recorded where permitted by law. You consent to such monitoring and recording.
7. Privacy

The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply.
Class Action Waiver. You and CBN agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
